QUIXXS is aimed at doctors, physiotherapists, hospital staff, and other healthcare professionals who need to document patient interactions quickly and reliably.

QUIXXS supports English, German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Chinese and many more.

To register, you need to fill in your email, create and confirm a password, and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy on the registration page. After registration, you will receive a verification email to confirm your account.

Log in using the email and password you registered with. You will need to verify your account through the link sent to your email.

Use the arrow in the top left to end the session or switch the template; in the latter case, your previously recorded audio is saved. You can also reset your session via the three dots in the top right corner.

Select a template from the library and click “Next.” Press the Start button to begin recording. Use “Pause” to interrupt. The indicator in the bottom left shows “AI is working” while the template is being filled. After completion, send the report to the web app using the Send button. You can continue recording and add information using the Continue button.

The status indicator shows which process is currently running (“AI is recording” or “AI is working”). Please wait until you see “AI finished” before continuing.

Patient reports are medical templates that can be linked to a patient. Notes are non-medical templates for meetings or personal documentation. Patient reports are accessible in both the mobile app and the web app under the “Patient Report” tab, while notes are found under the Notes tab.

As long as you have not sent the report to the web app, you can continue recording and add content. After sending, open the report under Patient Report or Notes and edit it using the pencil button. Individual sections can also be deleted entirely.

In addition to patient reports and notes, you can manage patients, access legal documents in the information center, or contact support. As an organization admin, you can add staff and assign templates. Under Settings, you can view organization and billing information.

Open a report in the web app and review it—the AI may contain errors! Then approve the document using the button in the top right corner.

Yes. Approved reports can be copied via the button next to the pencil icon and pasted into other programs. You can also generate email or letter templates in the top right corner and copy them.

Other employees only see your reports once you have approved them. Unapproved reports are visible only to you.

As an organization admin, you can open the Templates section in user management, select staff, and assign the appropriate templates. If a template is missing, check this section first.

In Settings you can view organization and billing information, including license status and used hours. Under “Subscriptions” you can change your plan; in payment details you can add new credit cards.

Notifications on the home page inform you about license issues. Contact Amnexis Support if the problem persists.

QUIXXS is available for both Android and iOS devices.

In user management, the organization admin can add or remove members. Go to the Staff section to edit names, emails, roles, and status.

QUIXXS uses modern encryption and security standards to keep transcripts and reports securely stored and transmitted. Patient data is pseudonymized before AI processing.

Restart the app. If the problem continues, check for updates or contact support for assistance.

Yes, you can pause a recording and resume later—useful if the conversation is interrupted.

QUIXXS pseudonymizes patient data before processing. Follow local data protection laws and use secure methods when storing or transmitting data outside QUIXXS.
